Director
Lesley Ward, Director of The Next Step Group (which encompasses Ryancare Fostering) is a qualified Social Worker and holds the Executive Diploma in Business Management. Lesley has been The Responsible Individual for Ryancare since 2008 and continues to lead and direct the Next Step Fostering Group along with the Senior Management Team, overseeing Ryancare Fostering, Next Step Fostering and Safehouses Fostering.
Bridget Bradley
Registered Manager
Bridget is a qualified Social Worker of 32 years and holds a post Graduate Certificate in Social Services Management so brings with her a wealth of experience in both fostering and senior management.
Our Social Worker and Administrator Team
Vyrah Collins (Senior Practitioner) started out as a Youth Worker before training as a social worker. With over 20 years of experience working with children with disabilities and children in need, Vyrah has spent the last 15 working in fostering (as a Senior Practitioner and Manager); working therapeutically with carers, children and young people.
Social Workers
Joining Vyrah, Fatheha Ahmed and Jayda Hoppie complete our Supervising Social Worker team, and comes with a vast amount of Fostering experience.
Administrators
Leah Congdon, Senior Administrator and Rasneet Litt make up our administration team.
